‘Firstly let me start off by saying that Ingrid and I would be scared at the thought of not meeting up with Sam, who was out and about accompanying another client of yours, in a wheelchair, all those many months ago.
It is even scarier because we did not know of the existence of your agency Be There Care, until our chance meeting outside Pittwater RSL.
I have been in a wheelchair for the past 20 years and know and appreciate the difference between good and bad care.
For many years we have fantasised over having an agency nearby, that you can call and rely on, to supplement or back up your needs as a couple with (me) a significantly disabled person.
Ingrid and I thank you both, for the excellent way you look after me. It is such a refreshing change to have someone who cares about you as a person and is genuinely interested in the provision of a first class service.
We really appreciate the loyalty, the punctuality, and the good communication we have. To cap the service and to our relief, you accept and are totally relaxed at being around our dogs.
