Started in August 2008, Be There Care set out to fill in the gap that most agencies left out when providing care services: quality care, reliability, continuity of staff and an individualised service aimed to encourage clients to maintain their independence. Our Agency is based on the belief that our clients needs are of the utmost importance and our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
Our staff are understanding and empathetic and will not be sent to you unless we are confident they possess the knowledge and experience that is required for that shift. We place great importance on training staff to be competent in all tasks necessary for their role in the community, and if you feel that a certain staff member could benefit from extra education/training, we welcome your feedback.
Be There Care is run by Eileen and Sam Newton and employs both male and female carers with a varying range of experience. Training is provided for staff and is mandatory for all staff to keep an up to date Senior First Aid Certificate at all times while employed with us.
